The Building is located in Nigeria and  has two twin towers with 14 floors in each tower. The floors consist of luxury apartments. 

 

The podium space needs to attract young professionals as well as corporate businessmen and women. It needs to be convenient for people to connect and socialise. 

 

The space needs to consists of an entrance lobby, restaurant, bar, prep kitchen and bathroom facilities.
